Personal training

Training that’s programmed, not improvised.

Every session belongs to a block. Every block is built around your schedule, your history, and the one or two things that will actually move the needle this quarter.

Who it’s for

Adults who’ve trained before and are done starting over.

Our clients are 28 to 52, work real hours, and have had stretches of real consistency. They don’t need convincing that training matters. They need it to fit — and to keep working when the week gets loud.

  • You’ve done classes, apps, and a trainer or two. Progress was real until it wasn’t.
  • You want to be strong and look like it, without training six days a week.
  • You’d rather be told what to do by someone competent than decide every morning.
  • Your schedule changes — travel, kids, a quarter-end — and the plan has to survive it.

Not a fit: if you want to be yelled at, need hype to show up, or are looking for a six-week transformation for a wedding. We’re the wrong studio, and we’ll tell you.

Session formats

Three ways to train. One standard.

Same assessment, same programming, same coach. The format only changes where you are and who’s in the room.

1:1 In-studio

Private studio, full attention.

Fifty-five minutes in a private studio in Northeast Minneapolis. No waiting for a rack, no music you didn’t choose. Mornings from 6 a.m., evenings until 8.

$120/ session

$115 each in a 4-week block · $110 in an 8-week block

Training at home with a laptop and a floor

1:1 Virtual

Live over video, wherever you are.

A hotel gym, a garage, an apartment with two kettlebells. We program for the equipment you actually have and coach every rep on camera. Same block structure, same weekly reviews.

$85/ session

$80 each in a 4-week block · $75 in an 8-week block

Semi-private

Two or three people, individual programs.

One coach, up to three clients, each on their own plan. Popular with couples and colleagues who want a set time and someone to answer to, without paying for a private slot.

$60/ person / session

Groups form on request. Come alone and we’ll match you.

What’s in a session

Four things happen every time. None of them are random.

  • Assessment

Before your first block: a movement screen, strength baselines, and a conversation about injuries, sleep, and travel. Re-tested every eight weeks so the plan follows the data, not the mood.

  • Programming

A written block with target loads, sets, and progressions. You see the plan before the week starts, and you’ll understand why each piece is there.

  • Form

Coached in the room, not corrected from across it. Small cues, filmed when it’s useful, so the pattern holds when you train alone.

  • Progression

Load, reps, or density move every week. When recovery changes — a red-eye, a sick kid — the session changes with it, and the block still finishes.

Blocks, not drop-ins

Four- and eight-week blocks. Not “come when you want.”

A block has a start, a target, and an end. That’s how progress gets measured instead of felt. Blocks start any Monday.

4-week block

Eight sessions, two a week.

The right first block. Long enough to establish the pattern and get baseline numbers, short enough to commit to without a leap.

$920in-studio · $115 a session

Virtual $640 · Semi-private $480 per person

8-week block

Sixteen sessions, one full progression.

Where measurable strength and body-composition change happens. Includes a re-assessment at week eight and a written summary of what moved.

$1,760in-studio · $110 a session

Virtual $1,200 · Semi-private $880 per person

Sessions are scheduled at the start of the block. Reschedule with 12 hours’ notice; unused sessions carry one week past the block’s end for travel, then expire. Members get sessions as part of their plan — compare memberships.

Add-ons

For people who train on their own.

Two ways to get the programming and the eyes without the standing appointment.

Programming-only

Your block, written and reviewed weekly.

A four-week block delivered in the app, built for your gym and schedule, with a weekly written review of your logged sessions. No sessions with a coach — but a coach is watching.

$149/ month

Form-check videos

Send a lift. Get it fixed.

Upload a set; get a two-to-three-minute voice-over breakdown within 48 hours with the one cue that matters. Useful between blocks or alongside programming-only.

$45/ video · 4 for $150

Ready when your calendar is.
