Memberships

One plan. Training, food, and someone paying attention.

Memberships bundle coached sessions, chef-prepared meals, and weekly accountability at a lower rate than buying each on its own — because the combination is what actually produces the result.

What’s not included, and the pause policy

What’s not included

So there are no surprises.

  • A gym membership somewhere else. You don’t need one for in-studio sessions. Virtual members train with what they have, and we program for it.
  • Breakfasts. Add them to any meal-prep tier for $6 a meal.
  • Supplements. We’ll tell you the two that matter and where to buy them cheaply. We don’t sell them.
  • Physical therapy or medical nutrition. We work alongside your PT or physician and refer out when something is outside our lane.
  • Unlimited sessions. Every tier has a set number. Extra sessions are available at block pricing.

Pause, freeze, cancel

The policy, in plain terms.

  • Initial term: three months, then month to month.
  • Pause or freeze: up to 30 days per calendar year at no charge, in 7-day increments, with five days’ notice. Longer medical or travel freezes are handled case by case — ask.
  • Cancel: 14 days’ written notice after the initial term. No cancellation fee. Unused sessions carry for 30 days.
  • Meals: skip any week by Thursday noon. The membership price is prorated for skipped weeks.
  • Changing tiers: up or down at any month boundary, no fee.

Not sure which?

Most people start on Standard. Here’s when not to.

You can move between tiers at any month boundary, so the first choice isn’t permanent. It just needs to be honest about your week.

  • Start on Spark

If you’ve never trained with a coach, take one block on Spark. Four sessions is enough to learn the lifts and decide whether you want more.

  • Start on Standard

If you’ve trained before and weeknight food is the failure point. Two sessions a week plus five dinners covers the hours that matter.

  • Start on Full Caliber

If your calendar is genuinely the constraint — travel, a leadership role, young kids — and you’d pay to not decide. Three sessions a week, every lunch and dinner, and a coach a message away.

Before you apply

Three things people ask.

Three months to start, then month to month with 14 days’ notice. Long enough for a full block and a re-test; short enough that we have to keep earning it.

Yes. Most Standard and Full Caliber members do — the studio when they’re in town, video when they’re not. Same coach, same programming, same block.

Meal prep is available on its own — see cadence and pricing. Memberships are for people who want the whole system managed together.
